1. No Refunds After Publication

Once a press release has been submitted and published through our distribution network, no refunds will be issued. Publication is considered a completed service, regardless of the performance or visibility of the press release.

2. Before Publication

If you request a cancellation before your press release has been processed or published, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative or processing fees).

3. Revisions & Resubmissions

  • If there is an error in the content caused by Mi Gazette, we will correct and resubmit your press release at no additional charge.

  • If the error is due to the information provided by the client, corrections and resubmissions may incur additional fees.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Since press releases are distributed to external media outlets and platforms, Mi Gazette cannot control or guarantee permanent placement, search engine indexing, or removal requests once published.
